1Definitions & Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player" or "User") and spin and go ("Platform", "We", "Company") regarding the use of the spin and go website and mobile application accessible via spinandgo.app.

2Account Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the spin and go platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during your use of the platform:

• Must be at least 18 years old on the date of registration and throughout the period of platform use.
• Act as an individual on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• Not subject to any legal restriction or court order prohibiting you from participating in betting activities.
• Never previously held a spin and go account that was suspended, closed, or banned due to a terms violation.
• Register with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, ID number, and bank details.

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at any one time. Holding multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using another person's identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious violation of these terms. spin and go reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances without compensation if such a violation is detected.

Spin and go reserves the right to reject registration applications or suspend existing accounts without providing a reason, particularly where there are signs of fraud, money laundering, or suspicious activity.

3Deposits & Payment Methods

Spin and go supports multiple secure and convenient deposit methods for Malaysian players. All deposits are processed through a payment system with SSL encryption to ensure the safety of every transaction.

• All deposits must be made from a bank account or digital wallet registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Spin and go is not responsible for any delays caused by the player's bank or payment service provider.
• Spin and go reserves the right to request proof of payment for transaction verification purposes at any time.
• Any attempt to make a deposit using fraudulent methods or false information will result in immediate account suspension.

4Fund Withdrawal

Players may submit a withdrawal request at any time provided their account is active and all applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account registered under the same name as the player's spin and go account.
• Withdrawal processing time is within 24 working hours after the application is submitted.
• The first withdrawal requires completed identity verification (KYC) before it can be processed.
• Withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000 may require additional review in accordance with our anti-money laundering policy.

Spin and go reserves the right to suspend or place a hold on withdrawal requests for investigation purposes if suspicious activity or signs of platform abuse are detected. Players will be contacted via their registered email if an investigation is required.

5Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Requirements

All bonuses and promotions offered by spin and go are subject to specific terms and conditions stated in each respective promotional offer. These terms are supplementary to this general Agreement and should be read together.

• The welcome bonus is only eligible for new players making their first deposit. Each player may only claim this bonus once.

• Bonuses must be used within the specified validity period. Expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited.

• Spin and go reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6Wagering Rules

All bets placed on the spin and go platform are subject to the wagering rules set by spin and go. Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the system cannot be cancelled or modified except under circumstances specifically stated.

• Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by game type, market, and player account level.
• Spin and go reserves the right to decline or limit any bet without providing a reason.
• In the event of a technical error while a bet is being placed, spin and go reserves the right to void the bet in question and return the full amount to the player's balance.
• Wagering outcomes determined based on incorrect data or information are void, and spin and go reserves the right to correct such outcomes.
• Bets placed on matches or events that have already concluded before the bet was placed will be automatically voided.

7Permitted Player Conduct

Players are expected to behave respectfully and ethically while using the spin and go platform, especially when interacting in live casino games and when contacting our support team.

• The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to automate betting or exploit the platform is strictly prohibited.
• The use of any method intended to cheat the system, manipulate game outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage over other players is strictly prohibited.
• Account sharing with any other party is strictly prohibited. Each account is for the exclusive personal use of its registered owner only.
• The use of abusive, threatening, or harassing language towards support staff or other players during live game sessions is strictly prohibited.
• Any activity that violates Malaysian law or the laws of the player's country of residence is strictly prohibited.

8Account Closure & Suspension

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests will be processed within 3 business days, and any valid balance will be returned once all reviews are complete.

Spin and go reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account without prior notice if any of the following circumstances occur:

• The player is found to have violated any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• There is activity indicating an attempt at money laundering or financial fraud.
• The player provided false information during registration or the KYC process.
• The player is found to hold multiple accounts.
• The player abused the bonus or promotions system.
• There is an instruction from the relevant authorities to freeze or close the account.

• Spin and go is not responsible for any losses suffered by players due to technical disruptions, system failures, or cyberattacks beyond our control.
• Spin and go is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of a player's own betting decisions.
• Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the spin and go platform is lawful under the laws of their place of residence.
• The maximum liability of spin and go to any player shall not exceed the player's net deposit amount within the 30 days prior to the claim being made.
